The Deutsches Sprachdiplom (DSD) is the German language proficiency diploma issued by the German Conference of Ministers of Education and Culture. It attests to language fluency and provides easy access to universities in the country. It is also often required – or seen as a differential – for admission to government study abroad programs. The Deutsches Sprachdiplom Certification (DSD I and DSDII) is part of the partnership program with the German government. Within the curricular matrix of the regular course, students have an extensive workload of classes in German, which, in addition to the language, addresses the culture and German traditions.
We are an authorized testing center for the Studienkolleg exams, which selects students at the end of the 3rd year of high school to participate in the preparatory course in Germany, lasting from six months to one year, to enter German Universities. Porto offers the preparatory course for admission, with weekly classes at no additional cost, in addition to helping with the bureaucratic procedure for the registration of accepted students.
